  2. Make sure to have the following ready before your appointment:
    • GESS® Product GESS® Product Model #
    • GESS® LAN DVR & PC connected to the same router
    • GESS® Network DVR Network Menu set to DHCP
    • GESS® Router Router Username & Password:
